Famalicão promotes mini-internships for students during the Easter holidays

The Municipality of Famalicão, as part of the ‘Value Yourself’ educational programme, will be promoting mini-internships for students in the 9th, 10th and 11th grades enrolled in schools in the Local Education and Training Network.
The Mini-Internships will take place during the Easter school break and aim to promote vocational exploration in a business context, allowing young people to get to know the different professional areas up close and in this way contribute to their development in choosing their future profession.
Over the course of two days, the students will have the opportunity to explore and observe the activities of the project's partner companies, in areas as diverse as the performing arts, industry, commerce, tourism or pharmaceutical sciences, among others, inserting themselves into the labour market, with the aim of learning more about the jobs and developing skills in the area of activity they may choose.
Applications are open between 20 and 31 of January and can be made on the famalicaoeducativo.pt website.
Enrolment is compulsory and must be accompanied by completion of the Term of Responsibility and Health Form available on the enrolment form.
