‘Artificial Intelligence and Entrepreneurship’ opens Geração Made IN Talks  - Portal do Município de Vila Nova de Famalicão - Portugal

The Municipality of Famalicão is launching a series of themed sessions - Geração Made IN Talks - especially aimed at entrepreneurs from the Geração Made IN ecosystem, companies created with the support of the Famalicão Made IN Entrepreneur Support Office, which has provided a strong stimulus for the emergence of new business projects and supported many others to expand, contributing decisively to the growth of the economy and the creation of jobs in the municipality.

The first session is entitled ‘Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Entrepreneurship’ and will take place on 25 February at 5pm at the Famalicão IN HUB in Vale S. Cosme.

The session will be led by Professor Paulo Novais, a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Minho and a renowned researcher in the field of Artificial Intelligence, and aims to address the intersection between artificial intelligence and entrepreneurship, exploring how emerging technologies are shaping the future of business, the labour market and professions, as well as the opportunities and benefits of AI, but also the challenges and ethical issues in an increasingly automated world.

Other themed sessions will be held throughout the year, namely on Green and Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Digital Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
