Ernest and Célestine return to Gibberitia, Ernest's home country, to repair his broken violin. This exotic land, full of melodies that fill the air with happiness, is home to the best musicians in the world. However, upon reaching their destination, the two heroes discover that any forms of music have been banned for several years - and for them, life without music is unthinkable. With their friends and a mysterious masked bandit, Ernest and Célestine must bring back music and happiness to the land of the bears.
