Alaina is tired of being a cop on the Pine Ridge reservation and decides to stop answering the radio. Her niece Sadie spends a long night waiting for her, to no avail. Hurt, she decides to start her journey with her grandfather's help: she'll fly through time and space to South America, she'll finally stop watching old black and white westerns that don't represent her at all, and everything will seem different when she hears the dreams of other people, those who live in the forest. But there will be no definitive conclusions... Birds don't talk to humans, but if only we could understand them, they would certainly have some truths to tell us. Eureka premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and features Viggo Mortensen, Chiara Mastroianni, Rafi Pitts and Luísa Cruz, among others.
