Increasingly, artificial intelligence and androids are the basis of the world we live in. But are we human beings prepared for this? This show is a relationship between the technological and the human, emphasising the importance of the human side of professions.
As part of the strategic partnership with the Famalicão Performing Arts Platform ‘SOBRE O PALCO’, the TNF is starting an International Artist Residency project with INAC - Instituto Nacional de Artes do Circo (National Institute of Circus Arts) in 2023-2024, providing a creative space for emerging artists and fostering dialogue between the aesthetics of contemporary circus and the local community. Curated by INAC, the companies were selected by Open Call and will be in residence at the Narciso Ferreira Theatre, performing for the local community and the general public, with a post-show talk.
