Agenda Municipal / Conferences Getting to know Camilo through his manuscripts
Cupertino de Miranda Foundation | Auditorium - 21h30
Free entry | With Professor Dr Cristina Sobral
Since 2007, the study of Camilo Castelo Branco's autograph manuscripts has allowed us to ‘enter’ the writer's mind, dispelling the myth that he wrote under inspiration, with little or no editing. This conference will show how knowledge about his writing process has evolved and will show some interesting aspects of the construction of his novels, documented in the manuscripts.
