Organisational values up for debate at Museu Bernardino Machado

03-02-2022
The Acesso Cultura debates are back in Famalicão. Together with the cities of Aveiro, Castelo Branco, Covilhã, Évora, Faro, Funchal, Lisbon, Ponta Delgada, Porto and Torres Novas, Vila Nova de Famalicão hosts a debate on the theme "Our values: neither taken nor found?". The session will take place on February 15, at 18h30, at Bernardino Machado Museum.

With Francisco Melo, director of Associação Teatro Construção, Isabel Areias, director of Nova Acrópole Famalicão, and Juliana Moura, director of Instituto Nacional de Artes Circenses (INAC), as guests, and moderated by Marta Correia, project manager of the Castro Alves Foundation, this will be the first debate of the year within the Acesso Cultura programme, whose sessions run until November.

On the 15th, questions such as: What are the values of each cultural organisation? Why should they be defined and assumed? How do they express themselves? And how do cultural organisations identify, cultivate and transmit values that are important to the communities in which they operate?

The session has free entrance, until the space is full, and assigned seats. Access is subject to the presentation of a certificate of testing, vaccination or recovery to Covid-19.
