The meaning of programming will be debated at the Bernardino Machado Museum.

09-06-2022
"What does it mean to programme?" is the theme of the next Acesso Cultura debate that will take place on June 21 at 18h30 at the Bernardino Machado Museum. Following on from other debate sessions of this project, the theme will be debated simultaneously in Aveiro, Castelo Branco, Covilhã, Évora, Faro, Funchal, Ilha de São Miguel - Ribeira Grande, Lisbon, Porto, Torres Novas and Vila Nova de Famalicão.

"What is the role of a cultural organisation in your locality? What does it mean to "programme" a cultural institution? What qualifications do you need to do it? What kind of conditions should exist?" are some of the questions that will be raised in this interactive dynamic, which counts with the presence of the director of Casa das Artes de Vila Nova de Famalicão, Álvaro Santos, in the position of moderator, as well as the speakers Bruno Martins, from Teatro da Didascália, Rui Leitão, from Associação Fértil Cultural, and Maria Carneiro, from Teatro Mosca.

The session is free.
