Colour and aromas, in a recipe of tuna with cherries and fresh salad, is the proposal of Chef Álvaro Costa to present this Saturday, May 14, at 16h00, in the showcooking to be held in the Famalicão Municipal Market.
In the month of the flower, in which the colours and aromas of spring are celebrated, Álvaro Costa toasts the visitors of the square with a "colourful, fresh and distinctive aroma" recipe.
Accompanying the Chef from Famalicense will be the singer Cristina Casto, vocalist of Rosamate, "also from Famalicense and that the guitar will keep us company, singing and accompanying the preparation of our dish”.
We recall that the program "Chef Residente" is curated by Álvaro Costa, who, every month, joins the art of cooking to other arts, bringing to the Praça - Municipal Market a set of guests that usually accompany him, in a friendly chat, while he is in the kitchen.
"We want people to come and join us while we cook, ask us questions and, above all, enjoy what we are doing", adds Álvaro Costa.
