This is the story of Willy Wonka, the eccentric character we met in "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory", written in 1964 by British author Roald Dahl and adapted for the big screen in 1971 by Mel Stuart, with Gene Wilder in the lead role; and in 2005 by Tim Burton, with Johnny Depp in the lead role. This new adaptation, directed by Paul King, features Timothée Chalamet as the young Wonka, a magician, entertainer and very special inventor who courageously faced great adversity in favour of the art of chocolate.
